Great location, existing textures, and natural light are what sets this office apart. RUE Real Estate found their home here in Deep Ellum, and we had the pleasure of running this project from start to finish.
Our Construction team moved quickly with white boxing and prepped well for the detailed millwork. The space had beautiful existing brick, keeping this exposed where we could was priority.
The dark office fronts allowed the team to bring life into the space with reclaimed woods and bright furniture. Although we have a great space in Deep Ellum as well, the RUE HQ makes us a little jealous.
