FORTY-FOUR is a multi-faceted design and build firm. Our focus is General Construction and Interior Finish-Outs for commercial spaces. We are different than most firms, in that we can deliver a full turn key service. Our most requested services are interior and exterior custom glazing systems,  custom millwork and cabinetry, and statement pieces.

Almost a decade ago, we started pretty simple. Just a small custom finish out and furniture company with a love for vintage industrial vibes and repurposed materials.

Now days, we stick to our industrial roots but explore more modern lines. This blend is not only timeless, but highly desired in commercial settings.

44-BLD is our design and manufacturing rolled into one. We collaborate on many projects as a sub-contractor to merge our finishes with the clients overall aesthetic. Many times we are chosen for our custom fabrication or statement pieces that other firms shy away from.

Here at FORTY-FOUR we offer a wide variety of design services. Our group of industrial, interior, and graphic designers will use their expertise to produce an end result that brings your vision to its full potential.

Some of our most requested services are product development, Interior Design, and Commercial space planning. We enjoy taking your napkin sketch dreams and returning them back in presentable form.

Forty Four Manufacturing LLC.

Located at our home base in Deep Ellum, 44 MFG is our 20,000 SQFT metal fabrication and mill shop. Here you will find our crew exploring new materials, techniques, and problem solving.   

Our main focus is custom glazing systems for interior and exterior storefronts, custom millwork, and those specialty pieces other firms turn down. 

This department gives FORTY-FOUR the ability to stay ahead of product trends and can do the same for our clients. All manufacturing projects start with research/development and prototyping. This allows us to work out any kinks and find the most efficient way to scale production.

Choosing the right company is the most important aspect of a construction project. At FORTY-FOUR our construction department gives a local firm feel with a full range of contracting services.

Through many years of cultivating our team, we have gained the necessary knowledge and experience to take on any general contracting project.

From the start we explore all construction options and help determine budget for the project. During construction, our Project Managers and Superintendents will provide effective coordination and scheduling to deliver on time and on budget.
