We like to think of CD Oak Cliff as a neighborhood version of co-working. Located in one of the fastest growing suburbs of Dallas, this area is being revitalized and Common Desk was on the first phase of the movement.
Having a smaller footprint, we had to get really creative. This led to expanding the second story, stacking conference rooms on top of each other, and building offices under the stairs. With tons of natural light pouring in, there is not a bad seat in the house.
This was the second Common Desk location, and being in an art driven neighborhood has given it its own flavor that the locals are proud of.
