Class AA office space in Deep Ellum was unheard of a few years ago. Now, it is becoming the norm, with The Stack setting the precedent. Over 200,000 SqFt (now fully leased) office space, The Stack has delivered one of the top places to office in Downtown Dallas.
We were asked to bring some Deep Ellum originality to the space. Our team provided all the custom steel storefronts seen in the Main Lobby and Amenity Deck, as well as the statement ceiling features. These elements were built on site, to be a true custom fit to the space.
A few millwork pieces were built as well to help round out the Amenity Deck on Level 10. Custom wall textures and mirrors were added to give the Fitness room some grit!
