Our friends at Granite Properties and DPR Construction really out did themselves here. Located in the Dallas’ Historic West End, this 114 year old warehouse has been revived into what is now grade A office space with a long list of amenities.

We were selected in the finish-out stages to design/build the first floor spec suite. During our first tour of the space we were shown the boneyard of the demo; all the original wood and steel beams, vintage signs, even a bronze Elvis bust. Blending our modern industrial style and some of the reclaimed building materials, we were able to create a suite that seamlessly integrated into the building.

Granite has already received multiple awards for the renovation, and that doesn’t seem to be slowing down. This place has made us think about moving in once or twice. Great teams make great projects, Factory Six-03 has proved that.
