4000 Elm St. was our teams first go at a re-development. Being located less than a mile from our offices, this made it a no brainer.

Our goal in the design was to establish the “Forty-Four” aesthetic from the moment you see it. We enjoyed the shape of the building , so we kept this as original as possible. The weathered steel elements give the building a new texture that provides a modern feel to the neighborhood.

Custom steel storefronts and skylights allowed us to flood the space with natural light. The office finish out was decided during the negotiation of sale to fit the buyers needs.

Overall, the success of this project gave our team the road map for future development.
